Peter Strzok Accuses Federal Government Of Violating Rights To Free Speech And Privacy

Peter Strzok accuses Federal Government of violating his rights to Free Speech ad Privacy. According to a published source Politico the former FBI Agent has accused the FBI and the Department of Justice (DOJ) of violating his rights to Privacy and Free Speech. This most recent Lawsuit is in response to the DOJ’s lawsuit to dismiss the Original Lawsuit filed by the Former Agent.

In Federal Court filings on Monday former FBI Agent Peter Strzok has accused his former Bosses, the FBI and the Department of Justice (DOJ) of the violation of his rights, The First Amendment Right to Free Speech and his Fourth Amendment Right which protects him from unusual search or seizes, where he asserts his rights to Privacy was violated. This most recent lawsuit is a ‘challenge’ by the Former FBI Agent to the DOJ’s most recent lawsuit to dismiss the Former FBI Agent’s (original lawsuit) filed back on August 6, 2019.

 

These most recent activities stem from that Federal Court original filing by the Former FBI Agent. The Former FBI Agent filed suit in Federal Court when the Former FBI Agent alleges he was fired because of the discovery of his text messages by FBI Officials. Text messages in which he expressed his political opinion on then Candidate Trump.

It is also being alleged that this is firing is in response to the Russia probe launched in 2016 by the FBI. The Russian Probe which the Former FBI Agent spearheaded. The Former FBI Agent Peter Strzok also aided Former Special Counsel Robert Mueller in his investigation into Russian Interference into the 2016 Presidential Campaign as well.

Political loyalists may agree on one thing. Their Political Party. Political Lobbyists are Private Interests’ groups who attempt to influence the political process. And Civil Rights are rights based on the Bill of Rights. Former FBI Agent Peter Strzok filed his (Wrongful Termination Lawsuit) because he believed his Civil Rights were violated.  According to an ABC News Report he believes was wrongfully terminated on August 9, 2018.

In an article in the New York Post dated August 6, 2019, the Former FBI Agent revealed in the original complaint a (systematic) attack on the part of the FBI and the department of Justice (DOJ) bosses. FBI Director Chris Way and DOJ Head, Attorney General William Barr. Naming the two as defendants in the Original Complaint.

In the New York Post piece, the Former FBI Agent said the Agency ‘caved’ to ‘unrelenting pressure” from the President when the Agency fired him. The Former FBI Agent also says that he was ‘unfairly punished’ for expressing his political opinion. And his right to Privacy was violated when his emails were exposed to reporters. So is the basis for the Former FBI Agent’s second lawsuit. A response to the lawsuit on the part of the DOJ to dismiss his original Lawsuit.
