NFL on a Saturday? Yes please and thank you! The 11-3 Patriots are facing off against the 10-4 Bills tomorrow at 4:30 PM Est. Back in week 4, these two teams faced off in Buffalo when the Patriots came and got the close ugly win 16-10. After coming off a big win over the Steelers in there 1st primetime game since 2007 according to buffalobills.com, the AFC East is on the line for the 1st time since the Miami Dolphins won the divison in 2008.

The New England Patriots are favored by -6.5 against the Bills
“For sure it’s a big game for us,” Stephon Gilmore said. “They’ve got a good football team. It’s for the division. So it’s a playoff game… I’m looking forward to the challenge.”
When the NFL season started back in August, who honestly would of predicted that AFC East would be up for grabs? Who honestly predicted that in week 16, on Tom Brady’s turf, the Bills actually have a legit shot beating the Patriots??
Think about that, according to profootball reference, Tom Brady has lost only 20 games out of 140 at home. The tag team duo of Coach Bellich and Tom Brady are usually a 20 ton wrecking ball against any opponet in there way. Especially in a late December game where the predicted weather is going to be 28 degrees at kick off.
“This Bills team is a very good football team,” Edelman said. “They’ve been playing very well. I mean, it’s the perfect storm. They’ve got a good coaching staff, you got a quarterback, and they’ve got a really good defense.”
A very important day for Bills’ QB Josh Allen, right now he is right on the border line of…is he the future for the Bills or not? In the two teams previous match up, Allen threw 3 devasting interceptions. Really the deciding factor of the Bills loosing the game.
Bills coach Sean McDermott must put his young qb into postions where everything does not fall onto his shoulders. Where Allen can pick and choose his spots to succed along with the help of his rookie runningback Devin Singletary. Expect Singletary to get lots of carries in this game.
Coach Belichick speaks on the dangers of Devin Singletary.
“He’s had good quickness,” Belichick said. “He’s in there on all downs. He’s got some speed to the outside, good quickness to make guys miss, he’s involved in the passing game – he’s got 20-something catches, whatever it is. So, he’s a three-down player.”
After Joe Mixon rushed for 136 yards against the Patriots defense, stopping the run is key for this game. Patriots defense is great, number 1 scoring defense in the NFL. Excpet every great unit has a weakness, and stopping the run is the Patriots weakness.
For the Patriots struggling offense and injured reciever group, there star reciever Julian Edelman is questionable in this game. Visably hobbling around last week against Cincinatti Bengals, not having Edelman would be a huge blow to the Patriots offense.
“The man reeks of toughness,” Matthew Slater said. “Can’t think of a tougher player that I’ve played with over the course of my career.”
Tough as Edelman might be, how productive will he be if he’s not even close to 100%? Last week he only caught 2 ball for 9 yards. Being out there is great, but not so great if your not producing.
Prediction: Patriots 17 – Bills 10
If you are a fan of defensive football, this is the game to watch. I expect the Patriots to pull it off as I believe Coach Belichick will find a way for his team to get the win over the Bills. With the game being in Foxborough, it gives me even more belief that the Patriots will get the edge over the Bills. Clincing the AFC East once again for the 11 straight year.
